The Seahawks were in pads for the first time in training camp, and there were some good moments on both sides of the ball. Rookie Nick Emmanwori seemed to have his best practice so far.

And today you find me at the VMAC after the CX just finished their first padded practice.

Excuse me there.

0:26.7

And some interesting stuff to talk about.

0:29.6

It was an interesting day because, you know, normally when pads come on, you start to get a little bit more feisty, a little more, obviously, a more physical.

0:38.8

I didn't see that as much today.

0:40.5

Obviously, it was more physical, but I didn't see things get pushed to the edge.

0:44.6

1:21.1

1:22.9

I saw Robbie U.

1:23.7

So, you know, I've asked him a couple things about that. And he's like, well, I wasn't there. So I'll see the film maybe. But he also knows what is the intent of any given play on both sides of the ball.

1:47.7

He talked about that today.

1:48.7

He's kind of got to cheat.

1:49.6

So he always knows what's going on on both sides.
