I'm Jenny Faulkner and I love running.

My big distance this year will be the marathon, which is 26.2 miles. I do that maybe once a year.

But my guest runs way, way, way more than that. In fact, he spent time running marathons right around the world.

He was the first man to run a marathon in every country, 196 in total.

He's not put his feet up since, by the way, he's been doing even more, eight more world records since then, even more books.

And he's here chatting about running.

It's so good to have you back.

It feels like yesterday that we were chatting.

I know I was saying that was 2020 and since then, oh my goodness, every time i look at you on instagram you are running

somewhere i was like there was a ballet at the end of last year was it yes gosh forgot about that

wasn't it was even halfway through last year yeah my goodness yeah it all kind of merges into what

knows instagram's all lies i've just got my feet up and get other people to know it's not yeah

essentially i am continuing the journey. I can't

live without it. I think I've learnt that over the past few, maybe six, nine months when I've been

trying to be a bit more sensible and maybe write a bit more and enjoy some downtime, but I can't do it.

I have to get up and run. I think there are people that love running maybe not to the same extent that you do hello to you by the way

wherever you are whatever distance you're running today if you're listening while you're running
