unusual activities throughout the Americas

are becoming normalized, for example, droughts and floods, and the visitation of Iranian warships and now a carrier

strike group off the coast of Argentina.

All of this turns around the America is becoming what appears

to be a surrogate battle space between the axis of resistance so-called that would be Moscow Tehran Beijing and

Pyongyang and the United States and its allies so we turn to one country that has

been at odds with the United States for several administrations now,

that's Venezuela, before the Chavizizizizas and now the Nicholas Maduro facing a re-election at the end of July.

Joseph has prepared a report for the spectator.

It points to the risks of Venezuela right now, not just for its own people, nor just for its neighbors,

but also for the region.

Joseph, to explain this, what we're looking at is Iran, Russia, and China with its arsenal of autocracy in Pyongyang,

all looking at Venezuela as an area to operate. What is it that they want? Why are they

empowering Venezuela before we come to the prospect of an election at the end of July?

What is the mission for the axis of resistance?

So that is the question, John. And I think the commander of Southern Command,

the command, the commander responsible for Latin America has been very busy. And something happened on May 9th of this year a few weeks ago which was that the

United States did a flyover of Georgetown the capital capital of Guyana, which is in a border dispute with Venezuela.

And it was a flyover of two FAA 18 super hornets, basically coming from a nuclear-powered
