Quickly, former President Bolsonaro being accused of conspiracy, treason, has attempted assassination

during the turmoil following the most recent election. He denies all the charges. It looks like

law fair. The matter spins out of

control. He already is disenfranchised from running for office again, and the assassination

attempt of 2018 has left him not an entirely well man. He went through another operation. He was

stabbed in the gut, and he's not healthy.

But that's one lawfare use in Brazil to string this out and make allegations against the popular Bolsonaro.

In Argentina, where the story has been Javier Malay and his iconoclasms since he won office as a libertarian president.

There is another prosecution that looks less like lawfare, but I'm sure the supporters claim it is.

This is against the former president and vice president, Christina Fernandez de Kurchner.
