and aide to Franklin Delano Roosevelt, traveling for the president, who was limited by his wheelchair.

Harry Hopkins is famous and relentless.

He died young.

He's known for a lot of things, but mostly the sentence I remember is about the idea of

taxing and spending and electing.

It goes very simply.
