your aspirations, all that this year represented for you, I want to share with you some wise words of wisdom from C.S. Lewis.

C.S. Lewis was a very highly noted British writer and lay theologian. He taught English literature at both Oxford and

Cambridge University. He wrote such plays as The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.

And a lot of other series

for children, including

The Chronicles of Narnia.

included a lot of spirituality

in his writings.

And so meditation for you may be a spiritual journey or it may be simply a way for you

to calm your mind and body.

But what meditation will do for you is provide you with more clarity, more peace.

And when you have this clarity and this peace, you can focus more on what it is you want your life to be like.
