Police quickly said suicide,

but her family says not so fast.

Here's the story.

More than a month after Texas A&M sophomore,

Brianna Aguilera plunged 17 stories from an Austin apartment balcony.

Her family is challenging the police conclusion that she died by suicide.

Brianna just 19 was visiting Austin for the Texas A&M University of Texas rivalry game

when she fell from a balcony at the 21 Rio apartment complex in the early morning

hours of November 28th. Austin police say digital evidence supports suicide, citing a deleted

note on her phone and text messages sent to friends expressing suicidal thoughts. But at a Houston press conference, the family's attorney,

Tony Busby, presented a neighbor who says she heard loud arguing involving multiple people

inside the apartment moments before Brianna fell. Police maintain no evidence points to foul play, but the family insists critical voices

were ignored and that Brianna's death deserves deeper scrutiny.
