This week on the podcast, we talk to the newest coach on TeamTrainiac.com, professional triathlete and coach Scott Bayvel. Scott grew up in South Africa before moving to Australia for university, and found his way into triathlon after years of partying and smoking, after rehabbing a rugby injury. With a new, healthy lifestyle under his belt, it turns out he was very talented in triathlon and won several major races as an amateur before recently going pro. He's also a certified triathlon coach. Scott has recently taken up daily vlogging on YouTube, and is sharing his wealth of knowledge with the world!
