And, you know, letting them die might sound a little bit harsh.

But I use that word because there's a very real grief that can come with letting

parts of ourselves go.

There is this trend going around on Instagram right now that I love.

And I love it because I do think that so often social media can be deceiving.

It can make us feel like everyone else has their life together, their business together, everything together. And then we compare that highlight reel to our very real life.

That includes highlights and bloopers. And if you're anything like me, even if you know better,

you can start to allow that to make you feel like you're not doing enough, like you're not enough.

So right now there is this trend. I've seen it on Instagram of people sharing these little insights into things that they're actually struggling with that you

wouldn't necessarily know unless you really knew them. It's usually under the title of something

like social media isn't real, but here are a few things I'm struggling with. And I love it on

Instagram, but I felt even more called to record a podcast on this because
