I think sometimes we can become very bored with our environments, very bored with our surroundings.

Even bored with ourselves.

I know right now personally I'll be honest, I'm bored of myself right now.

Feeling like some things have been a little bit too regular.

Same thing every day.

But at these times I always know it's an opportunity for a great transition

to challenge the creativity, to challenge our expression.

When we get bored of ourselves it's the opportunity to shed a shell and grow into a next version of ourselves.

You know we may have to go on a nice little shopping trip, express ourselves through a new set of clothes.

We may have to challenge our creativity and develop a new process or pick up a new practice, pick up a new craft.

We may have to step out of our comfort zone and engage with new people, new friendships.

Maybe even new love.

It's important to keep the spirit alive, it's important to keep our spirit alive.

You know, I'm sure we all love pasta.

But if we ate pasta every day what would happen?

We would be so bored.

And we do this to our spirit at times.

We throw ourselves into these vigorous routines because we know that's what works.

Day in day out we know hey this formula works for me.

But the spirit is here to experience. The spirit is here to flourish.

The spirit is here to flow.

We're here to guide it while we have the opportunity in this physical body.
