It's interesting how we can be in a room full of people, in a be in an environment full

of human beings, individuals, but you have to feel completely alone.

You know, it's interesting how we can feel completely alone and we have friends, we have

family, we have a network online millions to billions of people.

It's not about how many people we have in our life.

It's truly about if we are relating to the people who are in our life, who are in our

environments.

Have you ever been in a room where you felt uncomfortable?

Maybe a little bit shy, social anxiety.

Technically you weren't alone, you are in a room full of people.

You have a caught eye contact, you're not integrating, you're not feeling one another out.

This is nourishing, this is nourishing to connect with other human beings far too often

we're isolating ourselves way too much and we think we don't have individuals in our

life.
