Each week I'll review one entry in the bibliography of Stephen King and the chronological order of publication.

And this week I am here to talk about the 1993 ABC TV miniseries adaptation of Stephen King's The Tommy Knockers.

A movie that I could have sworn that I reviewed already back in the day after I had reviewed

the Tommy Knockers book.

And so when I was preparing, you know, this stretch of the podcast where I am reviewing the

adapted television works of Stephen King, I could not find it because I wanted to reexamine it.

I wanted to provide a new

intro and get some new thoughts on there. And I realized that every thought that I was going to have

was going to be a new thought because I never reviewed it. Then I remembered that at the time when I

had planned on reviewing it. It wasn't available.

It wasn't available on streaming anywhere,

and it wasn't on YouTube yet,

which is where I wound up watching it over the last couple days.

So for anyone that has not seen the Tommy Knockers ever

or hasn't seen it since the heydays of the 90s on ABC or maybe it taped it like I did and watched it again

and again.

But it has been a long time.

And I am really excited to talk about the Tommy Knockers today.
