It's like Tron, except it's entertaining. Is there really, is there really a magazine called Nervous Breakdown? Yeah. I mean, I guess so. Nervous Breakdown.com. Yeah. I mean, I guess that's legitimate, obviously. Exactly. Well, obviously. And we're, you know, we're sitting here. We're floating in amongst the protons and the cretons and the, uh. And we're talking about Nervous nervous breakdowns tonight because of our guest. Greg Barrett is here. Yes, he causes nervous breakdowns wherever he goes. People are just, oh my God, I can't believe who it is, and they fall to the ground. He's a comedian, he's an author, and he's just done so many things over such a pretty long period of time. Yes. 2:45.4

with experience comes wisdom. So the more anxiety attacks you have, the more anxiety where you're like, oh my God, I'm going to die right now, even though I know I'm perfectly safe inside this room. Eventually, you realize that you're bullshitting yourself and you're not going to die right now. No, but it's very, very real and it's very true. Right. Yeah. When you have, I was describing anxiety attacks as the exact fear, you know, as if someone tied you to a train track and there's a train coming to you.

3:12.9

3:13.9
