You guys have a good week. I had crazy, kind of a crazy hectic week.

I think I mentioned, um, last week's podcast that I was doing some traveling, went up to Dallas and

off to Seattle for some speeches. By the way, how great was the Chef Gordon

podcast? I mean that I got a lot of great was the Chef Gordon podcast.

I mean that, I got a lot of comments about it

and a lot of, I know that we had a lot of downloads on it,

but I think it was worth it.

The guy was just such an interesting guy. So thanks for

tuning into him. Hey speaking at Dallas, so I went up there to speak. I spoke at

the what they called TBI the triathlon business

international event sort of annual session that they do all the at least most of the

stakeholders in the sport of Try and in and around that.

And I did a moderated session with an old friend of mine, a kind of a triathlon icon,

guy by the name of Dan Emfield known Dan a really long time.

Dan I love you but you're a quirky dude so I'm just going to say you're a quirky dude but I love you I'll

repeat that so for you guys I want to you know we never planned to put it up but I think

everybody in the room thought it went pretty well.

I thought it went well. I didn't know really what to expect. I knew I always know that when I walk in a room like that
