What is happening? Welcome back to the Forward Podcast. I'm Lance Armstrong, your

Before I even get into an intro, I just want to,

well I came to a realization about, you know,

sometimes when I do these intros, I, you know, my dumb ass probably, you know, seems to think that,

that it's a surprise who's on the show, so I you know save it till the end and then I

realized duh like when you you know go look on iTunes for podcast it says so it's no surprise who the guest is every week but this

one shep Gordon I am some of these a couple things happen some of these I get

super site to do is super excited to go talk to these people.

And then when they're done, it's just this, and I guess it's similar to sports and athletics and the thrill of that that I've had in the past.

I mean, it's a buzz, like when you get one that just, that was, you know the hour goes by and like it seems like 10 minutes and

the in the in the stories are that interesting and you and you're like dude I could sit here for 10 hours and talk to this

person this is this is one of those. Shep Gordon was was such a thrill and pleasure to be around. So we'll get to him in a second.

Happenings this week. As I mentioned last week, me and George H.

Jean Capi and Christian Vandevel and

Dylan Casey signed ourselves up for the 24 hours of old Pueblo.

I guess the intro last week was sort of the was the announcement for it and it you know you never

know how that's going to go you never know how that community is going to receive

that but I got to tell you the reception has been amazing for us all

of us all four of us and a big thank you to Todd State out from from epic rides the

producer and organizer for welcoming us and being super cool.

We are all very excited.
