we do, I think I've been living, really living the we do

really living the we do spirit.

I don't know what's gotten into me obviously getting injured from running a bunch

helped but I've just totally fallen back in love with the bike it's freaky

just training hard and riding with these young guys getting

lit up by them. It's a hundred percent suffer fest for me. I kind of go along, you know, even my friends, like golfing buddies, are like, what, why are you, who wants to do that? Why are you doing that? I just say we do but I kind of got the bug again so that's fun actually here

in Houston for the Super Bowl I'm trying to figure out just where in the hell I'm going to ride my bike in the city throw in a little

drizzle. Not good. But I did that gravel race last week and I got the bug. If you guys haven't ever done a gravel race check one out. I think it's kind of the new hot segment or sector in cycling races or events.

Got online and found me a couple more,

doing one in North Georgia and early March and then a week later my buddy
