So how would you get started by telling us a little bit about yourself and what you do?

So I'm a business school professor at Esade

business school in Barcelona, but as you can tell from my accent, I'm not Spanish, I'm

actually Belgian, so that's a French accent you're hearing. And I've been teaching negotiation

for over a decade. And I've been doing research on negotiation, emotion, happiness.
