Dion, welcome to the show. Thanks for joining us. Oh, it's so good to be here,

Kwame. Thank you for having me. This is good. Yeah, it's my pleasure. So how would you get it started by

telling us a little bit about yourself and what you do? Sure, why not? So my name is Dionne Nichols,

and I am a life and wardrobe stylist. I'm also the host of a

YouTube series called What Gives You Life. So I actually get to work with amazing women. They live

these very multifaceted lives. They are leaders in their community they are mothers

they are wives they are entrepreneurs their owners and they still want more and so

that's when they that's when they come to me and whether it's working on their

purpose whether it's working on a new, whether it's working on a new, you know, a new venture, we can work on the being.

That's a big focus of what I do in terms of my coaching. It's the actual ontological approach to coaching.

And once we've worked on that being, if they would like to work on their look, I can do that too.

So I can work with women from the inside out.
