Yeah, so this recently, I made a video about how I have MS.

It's something that I've been dealing with for a long time now and something that I was

really afraid to talk about back when I was at BuzzFeed and also try guys. It was, it was and

continues to be something that's really, really tough to deal with and there's a lot of fear.

Yes. Wow. I know. Brave. Yeah. No, here I am. So let's get these questions going. You know, it's funny. One of the things I did at BuzzFeed was an MS. Mudrun video. And there's a part where someone is asking me, I think Eugene actually, he asked me like, oh, so why are you, you know, who are you running for today?

And I was, oh, so why are you, you know, who are you

running for today? And I was, I was so scared to talk about it. I'm like, um, a close personal

friend. Um, yeah, it's a really overwhelming diagnosis, um, because there's, it can come on so suddenly you know you can just go from

completely able-bodied to the next month like in a hospital bed where you can't move your

legs and so it was something that I was I was so, so afraid to talk about for so many years.
