So, Lonnie, see, you're in investments, brokerage, title. What are you actually active in? Like, where are you

spending your time actively in real estate? Well, I had the brokerage in the title company for

about 20 years, and I sold both of those, the brokerage to a private equity fund and the title

company to Compass in late 21 right before the rates went up. So I got sort of lucky on the timing. So I still spend about five hours a week with your castle, just helping with some leadership items there and doing some classes for the agents. So the majority of my time is on the Ironton Capital side. So we help people invest in commercial real estate. We have a lot of people who would love to have some commercial real estate in their overall investment portfolio. They don't want to go buy an apartment building.
