This might be a stupid question, but I've talked to a lot of entrepreneurs, not just like investors,

let's say a realtor, a loan officer, or whatever, and normally their bottleneck is marketing.

Normally, they don't have enough people

who know who they are.

They don't have enough leads.

Where does someone start if they want to get good at marketing?

Look, there's a million ways to do this.

Like my honest answer would be to buy a course like that's like the

non sexy answer that no one wants to hear yeah but a course on what on marketing

on ads so like example like I not to like my course, but like I have a course right and I'll teach someone how to think about marketing how audiences should be thought about how you should think about your target customer avatar how to run ads on different platforms, how to connect them to

landing pages, how to get the leads to show up in your sales team, CRM.

Yeah. Like those are the basics of marketing that I think everyone should

understand in any business and it's funny because I get people who are in that situation, right?

They're like, hey man, I'm in real estate,

and I got a team of three, and I just want to hire you to do my marketing.

Like, I don't want to do, I don't want to learn it.

Yeah. And I'm like dude number one

no way you can afford me like like and even even just because I know with the position there. Yeah yeah but I say it in a nicer way, right?

But number two, this is the most valuable skill set

in your whole fucking company, dude.

The only thing stopping you from going from three real estate agents

to 50 is deal flow.
