Hello, everybody. We have a special episode today because we have two guests with us who are color coordinated. I wish you could see it. We have Elle and Tim. Thank you both for joining us today.

So nice to be here. Thank you. Yes. It is a pleasure to have both of you. So how about we start off, Bell? You can tell us a little bit about yourself and what you do, and then we'll pass the ball to Tim. So I'm a professor at Boston College in the Lynch School of Education and Human Development. I've been a faculty person there for more than 20 years. And my research focuses on purpose and belonging and mentoring in schools and workplaces. And I'm so glad to be here.
