I am Karen Hunter, and as you know, I watch a lot of TV.

I don't always admit that I watch all of the trash that I watch, but I'm going to confess

that I am watching this season of the

Real Housewives of Atlanta, primarily because of Kay Michelle and Pinky Cole.

I wanted to see how they navigated this space that I don't think either one of them

deserve to be in, but I'm happy that they're making their way.

And so when I had an opportunity

to talk with Pinky Cole about why she's on this show and also, you know, her struggles in

coming back from the slutty vegans, I don't want to call it demise, but you know, her bankruptcy

and all of the financial troubles she had, it was a lovely conversation, but also very insightful.

I think she's a stand-up human

being who deserves to get through this. And so up next is my interview with the slutty

vegan herself, Pinky Cole. Let me tell you something about Atlanta says. This being a talk a little

So I started with the Cardi B. first of all, I'm obsessed with her. I don't know why I'm obsessed with Cardi B. There's something about her. But when she described Atlanta, let me just say, I swore off the housewives of Atlanta. I said, I can only do two. And the two is Potomac and Beverly Hills. Beverly Hills, because that's where I started. I didn't start with New Jersey and New York. They didn't have enough colors. But I started with Beverly Hills primarily because of Lisa Vanderpump, but she's not even there anymore. And I'm just staying because it's nostalgic. I left Atlanta after Nini. And then Candy wasn't there. I was like, what's the point? But this season, I dip back in. I dip back in. I have to admit, y'all know I'm a little complicated. I dip back in for two reasons, first of all.
