Welcome to the final episode in our seven-part series on Be the Light.

You have focused on shining your light to create more peace on earth. And you may feel that

that is a pretty high goal that may be difficult to attain. But actually, creating peace on

earth is easier than you may realize.

I've shared with you before in different series how there's research that shows when we walk by someone,

when we're standing next to someone, when we're in proximity to others, we instantly

register the kind of mood the person or people may be in. And this has an impact on you.

You either absorb it and react or you notice it and you stay focused and centered on how you want to feel on your intentions,

which is what meditation helps you to do so beautifully, perhaps better than anything else you

could possibly do.

And so when you yourself are feeling peaceful, others are noticing it.

They're picking up on your energy, they're picking up on your vibe.

And this helps them to become more peaceful. I'm sure you've noticed this in your life where when you're with someone who's in a great

mood, they smile, they're feeling really upbeat in an authentic way, and you just

feel yourself perk up and you carry that on to the next person you meet

and that perks that person up and it goes on and on and on. It has a ripple effect, our

moods. So, of course, if you are in a bad mood and you're talking to somebody, even though they're

feeling very strong and very happy with their day, they still may go away feeling a little

bit down and they pass this on and on and on and on.

And so your moods definitely influence the world around you.
