You've heard these names of all the rare earths ending in IUM.

Well, there are a lot of them, and they're not rare, and they're around the world, Indonesia,

the United States, Canada, Germany for heaven's sake, Ukraine, they're everywhere.

So why is it that we can read that China is effectively using its embargo of rare earth to blunt

the challenge of the WTO of the United States of everyone saying,

be a responsible trade partner. China goes, we're responsible. By the way, we're cutting off

your rare earths. And that, according to some observers, is what has made Mr. Trump change

some of his direction towards negotiating with China.

Maybe the same for the EU.

And, Judy, I then learn, I mean, this is a testimony to human ability to stall and pontificate and do nothing,

that for five years, ten years, the EU, the United States, our trading partners around the world,

Japan and India and South Korea have known that China is dominating the rare earth market,

producing them cheaply and selling them in the world, that if they were cut off, they'd be in trouble quickly.

And they've done nothing about it.
