I'm your host, Matt Carter, and today we're going to hear from and get to know Nate Burke of Frodoz.

Now, Frodoz was a pioneering post-hardcore band whose influence is much larger

than their footprint ever was. Now, this important group was recognized early by Brandon and

tooth and nail who acquired Frodoz, a non-Christian band coming out of the DC punk DIY scene

in the 90s and transitioned into the tooth and nail world and is part of the recipe

for the success of the scene that was being built and that we all know and love.

The origins and early attractions to the danger of music and new movements is something

that we all feel or felt at some point and to varying degrees, but it seems Nate has been

particularly attracted to that and embodies that mindset

and is able to articulate the experience quite well.

So I think you'll get a lot out of it.
