Chapter 29

We’ve seen both Tooth & Nail and the scene grow from being independent, in basements and obscurity, and grow until they were partnered with a giant corporation and had artists all over MTV and mainstream radio. Today we see how Tooth & Nail came full circle from all the mayhem and tied hands that came along with that, to once again become a true indie label.

tens of millions of records, including multiple gold records, and held positions as high as

1:28.9

Sometimes difficult situations outside of our control force us to do hard things that are long

1:35.1

overdue but necessary nonetheless. And this is where real stories and new stories are born.

1:40.8

Almost every good story has a point when it could have just all ended and the story

1:45.0

would have never been told. But to go through hard times and live to tell about them often

1:49.8

produces the most valuable information to pass along. And I know that this happens to be that moment

1:55.6

that a lot of us around the world find ourselves in right now, facing what seem to be impossible
