are many definitions of narcissism that have been established over the years in the field of

psychotherapy. Some people consider narcissism to be in the realm of a

personality disorder whereas other narciss spectrum of narcissism and at the extreme end they have a personality disorder.

Some people might say that all people are basically narcissistic because all people are at their core self-interested.

Versus other people might say

that only a few people have narcissism.

Some people in my field would say that narcissism is healthy

while other people would say that it's an unhealthy
