0:10.3 | I realized over the past few weeks that what made me successful and what got me some followers early on was sharing my journey. If you haven't been around for too many years, |
0:23.4 | back in 20, I think it was 18, I decided to do a daily vlog. And the daily vlog was sharing |
0:31.7 | my experience as I went through endurance sports, what I learned, what I was challenged by, and then I shared |
0:38.4 | some of those lessons to help people along the way. And what people told me was it was that |
