What's up, Motivators? In today's podcast, I want to get into a bit of a bone that I have to pick with the entire fitness industry.

And I'm not immune to this. As somebody that has been a well-known person in the fitness community, a lot of these things are things that I have seen people that are very, very close to me do.

And these things are very, very common that we all see, but unfortunately, they are things
