People always ask me, “Christy, what motivates you?”

 

I hate that question. Because I don’t rely on motivation - it’s not real. It fades fast.

 

In this episode, I’m breaking down the 3 things that actually keep me going. The real stuff. The hard stuff. The stuff that works when nothing else does.

 

I’ll tell you what I’m afraid of (and how I use it to push harder), why I never settle, no matter how far I’ve come - and what keeps me showing up even when no one’s watching.

 

I’m also getting real about the behind-the-scenes moments… the weight struggles, the heartbreak, the financial pressure. I’ve been knocked down more times than I can count. But I refuse to stay there.

 

And there’s someone in my life who keeps me steady, even when I feel like quitting. You might be surprised who it is.
