0:18.0	I'm sorry if I sound a little shaky. I'm a little nervous. I am calling about my 15 year old son. He is a very sweet kind kid, but we seem to be having a lot of conflict at home.

1:00.0	Okay, then. Go ahead. So he's sweet-kind-hearted, 15-year-old male, probably the only one on the planet.

1:15.0	All right, so what's the problem?
1:17.0	But we are just, we're having a lot of conflict because he tends to take the, wants the path of least resistance.
1:26.0	He doesn't want the effort into anything, even things that he really enjoys,
1:31.6	and even just getting basic things done, like homework or chores or even
1:39.4	a little side job that he has, it's always a conflict.
1:46.0	Why do you enter into a conflict about it?
1:52.0	Because I, if I do not, I'm going to use the word micromanage if I don't micromanage things
1:57.9	nothing gets done. One of the you know that's very circular because mothers who micromanaged her and kids into sloths
