0:22.0	I know I learned it for my mother, who I don't get along well with, but I feel like it affects my marriage and some friendships, and I don't want to hold grudges and feel this way.

0:41.0	If so, tell me about that. Well she said some things I felt were not
0:48.3	appropriate so I just kind of close her off. I don't know what you mean by not appropriate so what did you do?

1:05.0	That he's living with a girlfriend which I agree but her daughter was living with a

1:21.0	One of the reasons you hold grudges is that you splatter against a wall.
