So I was, just got off the phone with somebody and they were dealing with a situation.

And, um, and I thought I'd share with you, uh, obviously not the details of it.

Because it was kind of a personal nature to this person.

Uh, but it was a friend of mine, branch manager, uh, in the state.

Well, I'm not even going to say the state.

But anyway, friend of mine,

branch manager dealing with a situation. And here's the bottom line of what he was dealing with.

So, look, we all know to close more loans and less time, right? closing more loans, less time,

that's the Holy Grail, you're going

to need some help. And, you know, I think pretty much everybody knows I'm running a mortgage

branch of my own. And my personal mortgage team closes hundreds of loans each and every month.

And sometimes people say, well,

Carl, that's not fair. You have help. Well, of course I have help, right? Like everybody that's

successful does. I mean, if you look like Ford Motor Company, Henry Ford had help, Apple computer,

the two Steve's had help, McDonald's. Ray Kroc had help,

Nike tennis shoe, whoever that is. I don't even know who that is. They had help. If they didn't

have help, my guess is, we wouldn't know who Ford, who Ford is, who Apple is, who Nike is,

or who McDonald's is. And maybe not knowing who McDonald's, maybe not knowing

McDonald's might not be such a bad thing for humanity. But you get the idea, you got to have
