I believe in casual or clinical with you instead of at you. I come unrehearsed on purpose

All right, this is where I get vulnerable, grab a beverage, pull up a chair, maybe you're driving or laying down, I don't know what you're doing, but this is going to be a long one I have a

cup of coffee next to me let me take a sip one sec and this is going to be a long

0:39.7

one because I've learned so much I am 45 years old I've been in relationships most of my life

1:48.0

When you really get into a relationship where you are submerging yourself and hanging out with the person.

Usually these early imprints are the most powerful because of're the first ones right and the mistake that most people make is

2:07.0

when they get older they compare

2:11.4

They're the relationship that they are now with the feeling they had back in the early days.

2:18.0

And the reason why that is unfair and also unhealthy and not accurate is because there's a huge

2:26.3

distortion there right when we were when we were younger and we had no tools. We just were attracted to someone we didn't know why and

2:38.4

everything was life for death and you know and if the relationship was bad then the sky was falling and if it

2:45.0

was good then life was amazing your day basically depended on your relationship with your partner, right?

2:55.4
