My goal is always four times a week for sauna. I try to get 100 minutes of sauna in in a week. So that would be like 25 minutes, four days a week, right? So it depends. If I have to shave, if I'm shaving, which I shave usually every other day or every third day, I have less time in the sauna, right? And so, because I need more time for shaving. If I'm not shaving, I can spend a little more time in the sauna. So that's pretty much the flex, the little bit of flex that goes with it.
