0:23.0	I don't know if it's appropriate to have him present, but we recently had a situation at his middle school.
0:31.0	He's a eighth grader.
0:33.0	And last year, a little back history.
0:38.0	There was a change in faculty and a lot of stuff was going on that I decided to homeschool him.
0:46.0	And in the process was a blessing because I found out that he was two grades behind level.
0:53.0	And he worked really hard at homeschooling to be able to go back to the school to graduate with his peers that he's been in since in the school district since kindergarten.
1:06.0	On the fourth day of school, I was on my way to pick him up and I got a call from the vice principal that he was in her office that I had to come immediately to pick him up.
1:19.0	When I went into her office, she gave me a paper that he was being suspended for a five day suspension for sexual harassment.
1:30.0	I took my press away because I immediately thought, what did he do? How did he hurt a girl? How could he do this?
1:39.0	This was totally out of character. I had all this stuff going in my head.
1:44.0	And she basically said they had an assembly on Friday.
1:50.0	They talked about no zero tolerance for any cuts whatsoever.
1:55.0	I said, OK, so we left and he was very upset crying. I said, what happened?
2:01.0	He said, well, he has his friends and he plays sports with football basketball.
2:07.0	He went up. He was coming up behind a buddy of his and he spotted him on the bottom and a teacher reported it as a hostile.
2:17.0	A female, a female teacher had to be.
