| 0:55.7 | I'm walking right beside a fairly decent sized field to my right, And that's a guy with a dog. |

| 1:14.9 | He brings his dog into this field and then just lets the dog run. And maybe the cowbell is a signal to the dog. |
| 1:20.9 | Time to go back to the truck, which is exactly what they are doing now, getting in the truck. |
| 1:30.3 | One of the great benefits of walking as a fitness activity is it doesn't cost much. You don't need to belong to a gym. |

| 1:40.3 | And if you walk a lot, you need to replace those shoes a lot. It's anywhere between 3 and 500 miles before the support mechanism of the shoe has broken down that it's no longer providing the support that you really need. |
