Today's 10-minute walk is helping both of us stay fitness consistent.

If you have watched any of my YouTube videos, walking-this-fitness YouTube videos,

you've noticed that at the front end of, I think just about all the videos,

I mentioned that since 2013 I've averaged

19,000 steps a day. And I've done the math and I'm a little shocked myself. And that doesn't

mean that every day I'm reaching 19,000 steps. It means that since 2013, if you average all the steps over all those days,

it's 19,000 steps a day. Now, if you're wired like me and there's a little bit of a cynic in you,

you might think, well, were most of those steps in the early years? I mean, are you still

getting 19,000 steps now? Yes, in the early years, I was walking probably more than I am now,

but I'm still pretty close to 19,000 steps. I think last year, the average in 2023 was about 18,000,

and I think it's somewhere in that ballpark today.

So it's still close to 19,000 steps a day.

I also say I don't walk that much because I have to. I walk that much because I have to.
