I'm going to be sharing a story today that is personal to me and actually can be difficult

to talk about.

I know that might come as a shock because you guys know I'm super vulnerable, super honest.

I sometimes do a fault, I'm shared too much information about my mental health, anxiety,

depression, my ED experience and you would know that as well through following my Instagram.

But when it comes to really sitting down and telling the story, it's difficult and it's

not easy for me to do.

And as I thought about this podcast episode, part of me definitely was hesitant.

It's not easy to sit down and just kind of explain things and kind of relive them in

your mind.
