Some will be studying, some will be in their, just stepping into their first jobs,

some of them will be looking for work. And we have 136,000 young people at one given time

open to work. So looking, what do we do? How do I get experience? My first question is, what was

your first job? What did that job teach you?

And what do you wish you knew that you want to pass on to young people?

My first job was actually in the hospitality industry.

I was a dishwasher in a restaurant at the age of 13.

And that actually set me on the course of being passionate about hospitality.

And we talk more about later on what I did from there. But it was a great experience of getting

into a restaurant and realizing I was passionate. I became a real foodie. Actually became a trained

chef later on before I went off to university as well too. So it really got me into understanding

work, got me working as a team.

And I think with young people, it's finding you're passionate about. I'm 53 years old this year.
