Well, hello there. Welcome to this edition of the Shalene Show. This is a Life for Update,

0:04.7

which is something I normally do on Fridays, and I'm going to update you on the hearing that I had

0:10.8

today, the day that I'm recording this and recording this on Thursday night after my hearing,

0:15.3

with regard to the plastic surgeon, Dr. Malavi. I'm also going to share with you some additional

0:21.9

details that I haven't shared before, as well as first-hand accounts. These are actual signed

0:28.3

declarations, which have been filed with the court, and I'm going to read some of them to you,

0:34.1

directly from these declarations, because I'm still able to do so. But I do feel it's

0:42.0

necessary to give you a trigger warning, because I know for some of you this is just, it's like

0:46.2

too much, it's upsetting, or it just bothers you. It can be pretty graphic. So first, I'll talk

0:52.1

about the hearing, and then before I get into any of the graphic stuff, I'll definitely give you a

0:55.4

trigger warning. So please stay tuned until then, even if you need to bow out when we start reading

1:01.1

the declarative statements. All right, let's get to it.

1:08.8

So today, as you know, I had to come back from Michigan because I had this court proceeding,

1:12.9

and today I was to appear in front of a judge. Dr. Malavi has brought a civil harassment,

1:21.3

what is it called? Civil harassment restraining order? Yeah. A civil harassment restraining

1:25.2

order, a request for that. And it was a hearing. So we had to appear in front of the judge. It was

1:31.0

all virtual. And here's how it went down. So showed up at, I believe, I showed up at eight, but,

1:36.3

you know, I think the court proceeding started at 830. We were on Zoom. All the other people were

1:43.2

also on Zoom. And so was the the judge and the clerks. So, you know, and that's kind of what I

1:48.9

expected. My attorneys prepared me in advance told me what to expect. And even still, I've never

1:55.9

been through something like that, especially via Zoom. So I wasn't entirely clear on what to expect,

2:02.4

but I had a pretty good sense based on how they prepared me showed up at eight. Like I said,
