Today's 10-minute walk is helping you keep the fitness promise you made yourself, and we'll add another link to your growing fitness chain.

Today's walk is happening in the morning, but a little bit later in the morning than usual.

Typically, I'm out before sunrise, but today I'm out after sunrise.

The sun is well high in the sky.

And I think this is the time of day when most people who have the time and are pursuing fitness either by walking or running or cycling.
