Today, what we're going to be talking about is one of the most important things to hit your

0:22.0

New Year's resolutions. We're going to talk about the New Year's resolutions that you have,

0:26.2

some of the things that I see with people that they make massive mistakes, and one of the things

0:29.6

that I think is the most important for actually hitting your goals. And it's probably one of the

0:35.5

most overlooked pieces of success that might be also the most important piece of success. And it's

0:42.0

funny because people talk about it sometimes, but they don't talk about it as much as they should.

0:46.3

And if I could give you a massive, massive tip for making 2021 better, right? 2020, it's going

1:17.7

people send me messages and the message is something like this. Rob, I'm really good at starting,

1:23.1

but I'm really terrible at finishing. Do you have some tips on how to, you know, stay consistent

1:27.2

when my goal is to make sure that I hit them? Almost everybody, just so you guys know, like if you

1:31.9

have, if you're out there and you're like, I have trouble staying consistent, I'm really good at

1:36.7

starting stuff. I'm really bad at finishing things. If you're in that boat, almost every single

1:41.7

person who's listed in my voice right now is in that boat. Most people are really good at starting

1:46.9

and they're terrible at finishing. And the reason why is because finishing is what, like, to continue

1:51.8

to keep doing something that's your, that's outside of your comfort zone pulls you out of that comfort

1:56.1

zone and the comfort zone itself is the scary thing to get out of. And so everyone gets excited for
