Hey everybody, Rob Maurer here, and today we finally have the opportunity to discuss

the conclusion of the stock sale by Elon Musk.

We've also got a couple of updates to the Model 3 and Model Y, a couple of new partnerships

for Tesla, then some news from North Fold, Waymo, and a couple other stories as well.

Alright, so looking at the stock, despite some excitement about Elon Musk being done selling

the stock did finish down a little bit today, two tenths of a percent, to $1,086, 19 cents

while the Nasdaq fared similarly, down one tenth of a percent.

But remember, Elon being done selling was a foregone conclusion, this was widely anticipated,

really just a matter of which day it was going to happen on, and those final remaining shares

to be sold, not really significant enough to sit around and wait for that to finally

happen.

That being said, I do think the conclusion of the share selling serves as a reset for

Tesla stock, and now we get to see where Tesla wants to go from here.

I think we've definitely been locked in a range as the sale has been going on.

Now that it's all wrapped up, I expect the attention to quickly turn back to Q4 production

and deliveries, Q4 earnings, openings of Berlin and Texas, 4680 volume production, all

the exciting things that Tesla is working on that has been distracted from over the last

quarter, or half quarter I guess, that can return to being the focus, and I think that's

a very good thing.

Speaking of Q4 deliveries, let's just take a quick look at the schedule here.

I do expect Tesla to announce deliveries and production for the quarter on either January

2nd or 3rd, so I'd be Sunday or Monday.
