Wow, 2022 and I'm the host of the show, Kara Santa Maria.

And I'm back.

This is my first episode back since my surgery on July 5th.

So I pre-recorded all of the July episodes in advance

so that I would make sure that I had coverage for you guys while I was recovering.

Yeah, it's been a it's been a bumpy road.

It was really hard. The first week was really hard posthisterectomy. Then it got easier and easier. I'm now in week three,

because I'm recording this a little bit early, and I'm doing really well. I have like my range of motion back. I can handle a little bit of weight and

You know, I'm independent again. I can pretty much do everything I need to do for myself except carry very, very heavy objects.

I'm also quite tired.

A lot of things make me very tired.

So if I go on a walk or if I do kind of typical things like run to the grocery store and
