host of the show, Kara Santa Maria and you may have noticed that I did not have a new show last week and I really appreciate everybody's patience and understanding.

As you know, I recently had a pretty major life altering surgery and although my body is really healing quickly.

I'm you know there are days that I don't even remember that I went through this.

The scars are fading, the pain is receding.

There is still a lot of emotional turmoil and fallout and it's been a roller coaster.

I'm also planning to move across the

PhD internship. I'll be moving actually in just a couple of weeks,

so I'm packing up my whole house here in Los Angeles

to get ready to head out to the Fort Lauderdale area.

It's a lot.

There's some personal life stuff, you know, life,

life sometimes gets in the way.

So anyway, I had to take some mental health days last week.

You probably know that I struggle with clinical depression.

I take medication, I see a therapist.

I needed a little bit more.

I might be struggling with a little bit of PMDD,

pre-Mensural dysphoric disorder,

and really just trying to figure out what's going on,

you know, first, the first menstrual cycle

that you have after a hysterectomy is confusing and it's a lot.
