I think we can safely say that the bull market that began, you know, 2008, 2009 has been reversed.

So in a way, sort of a cyclical bear, they'll have to hold on the broader market.

we back checked a little bit from that and the dollar move has taken oil with it.

Hiring is still going strong.

A lot of that strength is coming from younger firms, small, medium-sized firms, and that's

really important because we really look to those firms to account for much of the job growth during an economic expansion. It's all very healthy.
