Dow Jones Industrial average down a tenth of a percent or 18 points to 17,774.

The NASDAQ is little change down two points to 4911.

Ten-year Treasury is little change, yield 1.76 percent, yield on the 2-year 0.74 percent.

Nomex crude oil down 4 tenths percent or 12 cents to 36-66 a barrel.
