My name's Sean the Marmanale Garlic, you're going to have to forgive me tonight if I keep

coughing.

I did try and get out of this shit and I phoned Wayne up on the way down and I was probably

having a coughing attack and I said look it's been recorded, you know, I don't want to

ruin my shit.

I want to listen to it again being self-centred and it didn't work, so yeah I'm an alcoholic

and I've just turned 11 years sober, I know this is a 10-year sober share but I've been

trying to dodge it for a year and it hasn't, you know, finally caught up with me so

but it is a privilege to be here tonight and Tony I just love your share, you know, what

you said where you come from, you know and look at it, you know, it's great, this is

what it does, this is, you know, when I came into AA,

I hadn't lost everything but emotionally I had, you know, I'd still had, you know,

clothes on my back and everything and I had a little bit of money in the bank but emotionally

I was bank months and, you know, I heard people sharing their stories and I identified with,

you know, why they was drinking, not just like, you know, for a few years I realised I

did have a drink problem and I needed to sort it out but I didn't realise what an alcoholic

was, for years I was drinking and I didn't think I fitted the alcoholic criteria, right,
